Phones & tablets

New phone setup, bigger text, and moving your photos over.

Wi-Fi & internet

Weak signal, dropped connections, new router setup.

Email & passwords

Locked out, too much junk mail, forgotten passwords.

Scam & safety checkup

Something else?

Just ask. If we can't help, we'll say so honestly — and point you to someone who can.

How a visit works

Three easy steps. That's the whole thing.

  1. You call. We listen.

Tell us what's wrong in your own words — no forms, no phone menus. We'll pick a visit time that suits you.

  2. We come to you.

A friendly expert arrives at the agreed time and gets to work — at your kitchen table, not a shop counter.

  3. We fix it — and show you how.

Once it's working, we walk you through it slowly and leave you a simple written cheat sheet to keep.

Prefer texting?

Text us — a real person texts back.

You text us  →  a real person replies  →  we call you or book your visit.

Send your first name and what's acting up — a photo of the screen helps a lot. During open hours we usually reply within the hour, and a real person reads every message.

Texting is also perfect for sons and daughters arranging a visit for Mom or Dad.

That button works from a cell phone. On a computer? Just pick up your phone and text us at (856) 242-0160.

Why families choose us

We're a real cybersecurity company — not just a repair shop.

Raptor Cybersecurity protects businesses from hackers and scams for a living. Every home visit includes a free safety check: we look for fake "virus" pop-ups, remote-control programs that shouldn't be there, and weak passwords — and we show you exactly what to hang up on.

One rule that stops most scams: if someone calls you out of the blue about your computer, a "refund," or your bank account — hang up, then call us. No honest company works that way.

Pricing

Simple, honest pricing.

$—per home visit
  • One flat rate. You'll know the price before we ever arrive.
  • No contracts, no memberships.
  • No sales pitch. We never sell you anything you don't need.
  • No surprises. You approve any extra cost before we do the work.
  • Card, check, or cash — whatever is easiest for you.

Who's coming to your door

The same experts businesses trust — now helping neighbors at home.

Raptor Home Tech Help is run by DP Regan, founder of Raptor Cybersecurity, LLC, a South Jersey computer-security firm. After more than 20 years keeping healthcare organizations and businesses safe online, he started this service so his neighbors could get the same careful, honest help at home — without the jargon.

Our promise is simple: we treat your home, your time, and your questions with respect. There is no such thing as a silly question here.

Common questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Do I need to get anything ready before you arrive?

No. Just the device that's giving you trouble, and any passwords you can find. If you can't find them, that's okay — sorting out passwords is part of the job.

What if you can't fix it?

We'll always tell you the truth. If something isn't worth fixing, we'll say so plainly and help you decide what to do next — including what to buy instead, if anything.

I'm calling for my mom or dad. Is that okay?

Very common, and very welcome. We can schedule the visit with you, and — with your parent's okay — call you afterward to let you know how it went.

Can you just help me over the phone?

For quick questions, absolutely — call us. Most problems are faster and far less stressful to fix in person, so we'll usually suggest a visit.

Can I text you instead of calling?

Yes. Text (856) 242-0160 with your first name and what's acting up — a photo of the screen helps a lot. A real person reads every message and will text or call you right back.

Do you specialize in helping older adults?

Yes. Most of our visits are with older adults, and many families find us while searching for computer help for seniors. Every visit is patient, unhurried, and in plain English — whether we're helping you or a parent.

What areas do you visit?

Moorestown, Cherry Hill, Mount Laurel, Marlton, Haddonfield, and nearby South Jersey towns — plus parts of Philadelphia. Not sure if we cover you? Call and ask.

Ready when you are.

Or email dregan@raptorcybersecurity.com — we answer the same day.
Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm.
